Women, Girls – Get 1 size bigger then your US Women Shoe Size for the exact measurement or 1.5 sizes to allow room for growing.

for example if you wear shoes size 4 then you are Jackson Woman size 5. 

Men, Boys – Get the same size as your US shoe size in black skates.
